What's included

in Visiting us?

We will be happy to answer all of your questions! You are welcome to ask as many questions as you need before having any of these exams! Our patients understanding the necessity of these exams will help in your comfort and the examining physicians as well!

We will examine the cervix using a microscope. This preliminary examination can help us diagnose certain changes in the cervix.

A biopsy can be slightly uncomfortable, and is performed without localized anesthetics, however it will allow for an accurate and efficient diagnosis of any possible cervical changes.

At the end of your exam, you will receive information about the doctor's examination of the condition of the cervix. If a biopsy has been taken, it will be sent to a lab, and the results will be given after the sample has been observed. The doctor will then be able to give an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
